Who is house hacking for?
House hacking is when you live in one unit of your and have renters pay your mortgage and expenses by living in another unit (or part of the house). This is an effective strategy for people who are currently renting and feel that they may not be able to afford a property. If the property is your primary residence, you only need a 5% down payment
Who is the BRRR Strategy for?
Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance is a common strategy that is used by real estate investors. When done correctly, this strategy allows you to accumulate more property, faster. Typically, this strategy requires a 20% downpayment and capital for the renovation costs.
